The team codifies support policies globally across all customer-support touchpoints and integrates them with Uber's policy engine. You will work with a team of developers to build, maintain and automate processes for regional and global operations, collaborate with stakeholders to develop automations, and drive data-driven analysis on projects and strategic decisions to improve efficiency and quality.
Requirements: 1 to 2 years of work experience in software development or automation, analytical thinking, and the ability to work with many stakeholders as a big-picture partner. This is a full-time role.
