You will review and validate customs documents for accuracy and compliance with import and export rules, prepare and issue Broker Clearance Instructions (BCIs) to customs brokers, carry out post-entry audits to check declarations and find discrepancies, coordinate with clients and brokers, monitor compliance and manage the shared mailbox so shipments are processed on time.
Requirements: a high school diploma or equivalent and 0 to 2 years of experience in customs, logistics or customer service. Attention to detail and clear communication are important.
