Gallagher's Global Center of Excellence (GCoE) in Bengaluru is hiring Process Associates/Analysts for insurance operations. This is an entry-level role open to graduates who are willing to be trained in insurance. You will carry out administrative tasks across several computer systems, handle customer engagement, complete assigned work accurately and on time with peer review, collect data to support the team, and raise unresolved issues with supervisors. The GCoE supports Gallagher's UK operations and has more than 12,000 employees across several Indian cities.
Requirements: a graduate degree (any discipline) and 0 to 3 years of experience. Good communication, accuracy and willingness to learn are important.
