EY's Forensic & Integrity Services team (Discovery) in Mumbai is hiring a Consultant for software asset management and licence compliance work. You will reconcile software entitlements against deployments, prepare effective licence position (ELP) reports and run compliance assessments for clients. The work involves interpreting licence agreements, product use rights and licensing metrics for publishers such as IBM, Microsoft, Red Hat, VMware and Oracle, including IBM ILMT, PVU/VPC and sub-capacity licensing, and understanding licensing in virtualised and cloud environments (VMware, Azure, AWS, GCP).
Requirements: 1.5 to 2 years of experience in software asset management (SAM), ITAM or licence compliance, and familiarity with SAM tools such as Flexera, ServiceNow SAM Pro or Snow.
