S&P Global Market Intelligence is hiring a Specialist for equity and fixed income corporate actions research in Gurugram. You will join the Managed Corporate Actions (MCA) service, which collects, validates and distributes corporate action announcements for millions of equity, fixed income and structured finance securities. The global team monitors domestic and international announcements, researches and validates events, supports clients and onboarding, manages vendors and runs quality control, while also supporting new product initiatives.
Requirements: at least 2 to 6 years of corporate actions experience covering equities and fixed income, with strong research skills and attention to detail.
