Working in staffing and deployment, you will manage and optimise how employees are assigned across client projects, aiming to get the right talent to the right place at the right time. You will work with project teams and subject matter specialists to plan staffing, track availability and utilisation, and support talent deployment in line with business needs and firm strategy.
Requirements: 2 to 5 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning or staffing in a professional services environment. Good coordination, Excel and stakeholder management skills are expected.
