Deloitte is hiring a Consultant - Business Analyst for general banking projects in Mumbai, focused on securities operations. You will gather and document requirements from custody, PCM, fund accounting and CSGL operations teams through process walkthroughs, and turn them into business requirement specifications, user stories and wireframe inputs for a front-end application. You will map end-to-end workflows with UX/UI designers, define data requirements with backend teams, and prepare use cases, process flows and test scenarios while supporting testing and defect tracking.
Requirements: 3 to 6 years of experience, knowledge of securities market operations, and experience writing BRDs/FSDs, user stories and acceptance criteria. The role is hybrid.
