EY GDS is hiring a Supervising Associate - Service Excellence in Kochi to support Talent transformation programmes in its Enablement Services. You will document current-state (L4) and future-state (L5) Talent processes using EY templates and methods, build and maintain L5 blueprints, user journeys, swimlane diagrams and process variants, and analyse edge cases, handoffs and dependencies. You will work with configuration, product, business analysis, data and change teams to make sure processes are mapped, validated and ready for deployment, with strong focus on documentation quality and governance.
Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, process analysis or process documentation, ideally in HR/Talent operations or shared services.
