Tata Capital is hiring a Customer Service Executive for its Car Finance (used car loans) business in Durgapur. You will represent the company at assigned counters and in the market, act as the link between management and channel partners, and build new channel partners. You will meet customers, explain schemes, documentation and pricing, make sure customers meet funding norms as the first line of control, follow up after disbursement for satisfaction, and track pending post-disbursal documents so the financier's hypothecation is updated.
Requirements: a graduate in any discipline with 1+ years of experience, ideally in loans or financial services sales, and a basic understanding of KYC and used car loan documentation.
