Citi is hiring an Operations Support Specialist for retail banking back-office operations at DLF Cybercity, Gurugram. You will review, post and validate accounting entries across retail banking general ledger and subledger accounts, research and reconcile ledger breaks and transaction mismatches, and analyse daily journals and suspense accounts to check fund allocation, interest, fees and postings. Using core banking platforms, you will make customer account adjustments and verify balance histories, while following documentation and compliance standards. You will also find ways to cut manual effort and support process re-engineering, working with upstream and downstream teams.
Requirements: 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in retail banking operations or reconciliations.
