Marriott is hiring a Loss Prevention Associate (the posting is for a female candidate) at one of its hotels in Kochi. You will monitor CCTV, perimeter and duress alarms and fire life safety systems, and dispatch the right people when something unusual or an emergency happens. You will help guests and staff during emergencies, give first aid or CPR when needed, investigate theft, lost items and guest complaints, gather evidence, keep security reports confidential, and help managers handle liability and insurance notifications. You will also follow safety rules and give guests a warm welcome.
Requirements: at least 2 years of related work experience in security or loss prevention, ideally in hotels.
