Tata Capital is hiring a Customer Service Executive for two-wheeler loans in Raipur. You will find new two-wheeler loan customers through dealers, showroom visits and field activities, explain loan schemes, interest rates and documentation, and make sure applications move from login to disbursement within the set turnaround time. The role carries monthly disbursement and income targets. You will build relationships with dealers for repeat business, follow company policies and regulations, and track daily leads and conversions for your reporting manager.
Requirements: 0 to 3 years of experience, ideally in loan or retail finance sales. Good communication and comfort with field work are important.
