You will process manual instructions for fund and wire transfers in global currencies following documented procedures, check data for accuracy and completeness, and research and pass manual entries to resolve funds transfer inquiries. You will meet deadlines and controls, interact with clients or the client service team on wire inquiries, take on back-up production tasks, suggest better ways of working and help train colleagues on unit procedures.
Preferred: about 2 years of experience in a back-office or payments operations role, attention to detail and good communication skills.
