Amazon is hiring an Operations Specialist for its CSBA seller programme in Bengaluru. You will monitor operational performance and work with carriers, customer service, seller support, product and operations teams to fix issues and keep metrics on goal. You will drive seller-impacting tickets and escalations to resolution within service levels, flag risks early, and run structured deep dives into seller friction and programme attrition: pulling and checking data yourself, forming hypotheses, finding root causes with transaction-level evidence and recommending fixes. You will also review seller issues and feedback from multiple sources.
Basic qualifications: 1+ years of data-driven business operations experience, with strong Excel/SQL-style analysis skills and clear communication.
