Lupin's biotech facility in Pune is hiring Executives for upstream mammalian manufacturing. You will run manufacturing operations for media preparation and cell culture, operate disposable, stainless steel and glass bioreactors, and carry out media fill, inoculum transfer, subculture, CIP/SIP of bioreactors and cell banking as per procedures. You will prepare and review GMP documents such as SOPs, BPRs, qualification and validation protocols and technology transfer documents, record in-process parameters, and work with electronic batch records (PAS-X).
Requirements: a postgraduate degree in biotechnology or a related life science and 3 to 8 years of experience in mammalian cell culture manufacturing under GMP. Several openings are listed.
