Lupin's biotech facility in Pune is hiring Officers for downstream protein purification in mammalian production. You will prepare buffers for small and large-scale runs, run IPQC checks on buffers and protein intermediates, operate chromatography, TFF, virus filtration and drug substance filtration systems, and carry out CIP/SIP of systems and vessels. You will prepare and maintain SOPs, BPRs and qualification documents, review executed BPRs, plan raw material and consumable inventory, operate autoclaves and coordinate daily with QC and QA teams.
Requirements: 1 to 5 years of downstream processing experience in biologics manufacturing and a relevant science degree. Several openings are listed.
