Vyapar, the business accounting app, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for non-tech hiring in Bengaluru. You will run end-to-end recruitment within timelines and build talent pipelines to meet hiring targets, sourcing through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, social media and internal databases. You will plan screening calls, assessments and interviews, work with hiring managers, track metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance and source effectiveness, and attend job fairs and hiring events as an individual contributor.
Requirements: 2 to 4 years of non-IT recruitment experience, including hiring for sales, field sales and customer support roles.
