MoEngage, a customer engagement platform, is hiring an Associate - Customer Success in Bengaluru. You will onboard customers with integration support, drive strong adoption of the platform, and own post-sales account relationships with senior client stakeholders, growing accounts through account planning. You will advise clients on CRM, mobile marketing automation and best use of MoEngage, monitor usage to find upsell opportunities and act as a product evangelist while following information security practices.
Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably in customer success or account management at a SaaS or B2B company, with a good understanding of the mobile and app marketing ecosystem.
