MoEngage is hiring an HR Operations Consultant on a 3-month contract (extendable) in Bengaluru to be the single point of contact for implementing India's new Labour Codes. You will work with an external advisory team to turn their legal guidance and compliance blueprints into action across HR operations, payroll and company policies. This includes managing change, migrating salary structures accurately and coordinating smoothly between teams. You should be open to working from the office.
Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll or labour law compliance, ideally with hands-on payroll implementation experience.
