Ninjacart, India's large agri-tech supply chain company, is hiring a Sales HRBP in Bengaluru to support its sales teams. You will run engagement initiatives, communicate HR policies and make sure they are followed, keep employee records updated in HR systems and support payroll and HR administration. You will identify training needs, help organise learning programmes and track their impact, prepare HR metrics on performance and attrition, and work with business teams to solve people challenges as a bridge between employees and management.
Requirements: 1 to 3 years of HRBP or generalist HR experience, ideally supporting sales or field teams.
