Elsevier (RELX) is hiring a Pre/Post-Delivery Owner in Chennai for its global pharma solutions business. Before delivery, you will check that order information is right first time and follows agreed guidelines, working with regional sales representatives and blocking non-compliant products. After delivery, you will confirm the customer contract has been fulfilled before invoicing, completing proof-of-delivery checks with the billing team and approving invoices. You will manage high transaction volumes, especially at month-end and year-end, alongside other delivery owners.
Requirements: a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and about 2 years of experience in a professional operations or order management role.
