NTT DATA is hiring a Healthcare & Insurance Operations Associate in Chennai to process insurance claims. You will process claims on time and with quality, meet production, productivity and quality goals, and review medical documents, policy documents, policy and claims history and system notes, applying client business rules to make the right claims decisions. You will also call out claim trends, flag potential fraud, keep up with new policies and procedures, and work closely with your team on customer goals.
Requirements: undergraduates and postgraduates can apply, with around 2 years of claims or insurance operations experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to work independently are expected.
