GMR Group is hiring an HR Executive for workforce administration in Hyderabad. You will maintain and update employee data in SuccessFactors in line with HR policies, prepare and share monthly MIS reports on employee data with business HR teams, and prepare monthly Loss of Pay (LOP) and reversal reports for payroll auditors. You will meet quality and timeline SLAs for all workforce administration processes, spot and fix potential SLA deviations, and work with process stakeholders to resolve concerns.
Requirements: a graduate with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or employee data management, ideally on SuccessFactors.
