IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring a Banker - Customer Experience for its retail branch in Anand, Gujarat. This front-line role focuses on great customer service and strong relationships. You will engage customers daily to grow current accounts, savings accounts and term deposits, and cross-sell loans, wealth products, retail forex and credit cards. You will meet scorecard targets, suggest products based on customer needs, deepen relationships, generate referrals, resolve queries and complaints quickly and follow banking regulations and internal policies.
Requirements: 1 to 4 years of relevant experience in banking, ideally in branch sales or service.
