Amazon's Global Solutions Risk & Compliance (GSRC) team in Bengaluru is hiring a Support Engineer. You will be the main escalation point for complex data and technical issues, monitor and tune the performance of a BI platform, troubleshoot data pipeline problems and work with data engineering, analytics and development teams to fix product issues. You will also write and maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base articles. Useful skills include data and API integrations, scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python or Bash), networking basics, a good knowledge of Windows, Linux and macOS, and an understanding of data privacy standards. Around 1 year of experience resolving complex technical issues is expected.
