Arm is hiring a Design Engineer for memory layout in Noida. You will create high-quality full-custom layouts for high-performance memory arrays and blocks from supplied schematics, covering floor planning, metal planning and final layout verification and review, while following strict guidelines to get the best power, performance and area (PPA) on advanced process technologies. The role needs 2+ years of relevant layout design experience and a bachelor's or master's degree (or equivalent). You should be able to plan and organise work from complex, hierarchical circuit schematics and understand layout techniques for optimising power, speed and area.
