NTT DATA is hiring an L1 Security Engineer in Mumbai to provide remote technical support to clients. You will find and resolve technical incidents and problems, work pre-emptively to prevent service issues, and drive incidents to resolution so that no service level agreement (SLA) is missed, while keeping the client experience positive. The role is entry level: candidates should have basic knowledge of vendor technologies such as Cisco, Microsoft, AudioCodes and Sonus, along with basic understanding of management agents, redundancy concepts and remote console architecture.
