Johnson Controls is hiring Service Engineers in Gurugram (two openings) for building management systems. The work covers installing, testing, commissioning and maintaining IBMS/BMS systems and troubleshooting faults in building automation and field devices. Systems handled include BMS, HVAC controls, fire alarm, access control, CCTV, public address, intrusion detection and energy monitoring. You will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, attend service calls, analyse alarms, logs and network issues, coordinate with clients and OEMs during shutdowns, and prepare service reports and site records. Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment (AHU, FCU, chillers) and protocols such as BACnet is needed, with about 3 to 5 years of experience.
