Otis India is hiring an Executive Field Engineer at its Mumbai head office. The engineer gives technical support to field teams on products and repeated issues, resolves critical technical problems, and supports the Bengaluru factory and service engineering on new product development. Other duties include writing standard field processes, technical instructions and solution documents, and building field training modules. Good knowledge of elevators and networking is needed to support new technology installations, security system interfaces and BMS integration. Candidates need a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering with a good academic record, at least 3 years of experience (elevator industry preferred) and working knowledge of MS Office.
