Epicor is hiring an Associate Cloud Analyst in Bengaluru (hybrid) to look after production infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. You will keep systems highly available, fix issues early, carry out clean-ups and performance tuning, onboard new customer tenants to Azure, and troubleshoot customer problems with infrastructure and hosted applications. Tickets are handled in ServiceNow against SLAs. The role includes scheduled weekend activities and running PowerShell scripts and CI/CD pipelines for product deployments. Epicor asks for at least 1 year of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in systems monitoring and IT infrastructure support, hands-on Azure experience, knowledge of SQL and databases, awareness of Azure Kubernetes Service, and good communication.
