Genpact is hiring an application developer in Gurugram (hybrid) for AWS contact-centre solutions. You will configure and build Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR, queues, prompts and routing, and support development with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB/RDS, S3 and CloudWatch. The role adds Generative AI and agentic AI features to contact centres using Amazon Bedrock, AI agents, prompts, knowledge bases and LLMs under senior engineers, for use cases such as agent assist, summarisation and self-service. You will integrate Connect with AWS AI services, APIs and CRM systems, monitor applications, and give L1/L2 production support. About 1 to 3 years of experience is expected.
