The role needs 1 to 2 years of experience in documenting software for technical audiences, creative content writing for end users, or editing technical content. You should understand the customer perspective, learn complex technologies quickly, keep high standards for quality and detail, and manage several deliverables to tight deadlines. A bachelor degree in a technical, communications or writing field (or equivalent) is required; experience with XML authoring tools like Oxygen and with source control is a plus.
