Morningstar is offering an entry-level Apprentice role in its Data and Operations group in Mumbai. You will gain hands-on experience with one of its datasets, such as public equity filings, private market transactions, ESG data, managed investment (fund) data or reference entity data, with structured training along the way. Daily work involves searching, collecting and verifying data of basic and intermediate complexity, answering internal and client queries so data matches Morningstar methodologies, and learning research methods and process standards for quality and timeliness. Candidates living in Mumbai are preferred, shift work including night shifts may be needed, and the office follows a hybrid model with four days in office in most locations.
