Alstom is hiring a ServiceNow Analyst in Bengaluru. This techno-functional role turns business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, maps processes to platform capabilities, finds functional and technical gaps, and configures and enhances applications. You will build workflows, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, notifications, reports and dashboards, and write functional and technical specs for custom work and integrations. You will work with business owners, developers, admins and support teams across the full lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing, deployment, documentation and support. Alstom asks for 3 to 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience and the ability to configure, develop and test independently.
