Ericsson is hiring a Transmission Engineer in Noida for second-line support of microwave networks. Working in a 24x7 environment, you will support customers by email and phone and troubleshoot microwave systems on Ericsson MINI-LINK 6600/6xxx series, including software upgrades, QoS settings and Ethernet alarms. You will log and update tickets, share daily shift reports, resolve issues within SLA timelines, carry out preventive checks using performance reports from the microwave NMS, and identify root causes. Candidates need an engineering degree, preferably in Electronics, Computer Science or Telecommunications, 3 to 7 years in a second-level engineering role, and good microwave technology knowledge; transmission or ENM experience is preferred.
