EVERSANA is hiring an AI Enablement and Governance Analyst in Pune for its Patient Services technology teams. You will roll out AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot and Cursor as engineering standards, and train developers, QA and business analysts through office hours, certification and internal forums. You will own the AI best-practice wiki, training content, agent registry and prompt library governance, run HIPAA/PHI compliance reviews of AI tool use with InfoSec, and maintain the approved-tools list and AI risk register. You will also define and track AI adoption KPIs. Requirements include 3+ years as a technical analyst or similar, strong data analysis and dashboarding, technical writing, training delivery and working fluency with AI tools.
