EXL is hiring a GenAI / Prompt Engineer in Noida (hybrid). You will design, build and deploy generative AI solutions on large language models, and create, test and tune prompts for accuracy, consistency and performance. The role includes building AI agents and multi-agent workflows, integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini or open-source models, developing RAG and agentic solutions, and working with vector databases, embeddings and semantic search. You will evaluate model output, add guardrails and responsible AI practices, and build reusable workflows and accelerators with data and application teams. A bachelor or master degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a related field and about 3 to 6 years of experience are expected.
