Amazon is hiring a Software Development Engineer in Hyderabad for the Customer Facing Solutions technology team within Amazon Customer Service, which supports customers around the clock in more than 20 languages. You will design, build and run software that improves how customers get help, from self-service tools to systems used by customer service associates. Basic qualifications are 3+ years of professional (non-internship) software development, 2+ years of design or architecture experience covering design patterns, reliability and scaling, and programming skill in at least one language. Preferred: 3+ years across the full development lifecycle including code reviews, source control, builds, testing and operations, and a bachelor degree in computer science or equivalent.
