You will design and maintain smart monitoring and incident response workflows across cloud and on-premises systems, and build data pipelines that collect, normalise and enrich logs, metrics and events for operational analytics. The role includes building and deploying predictive models to detect anomalies, forecast outages and cut resolution time, automating remediation runbooks, and connecting alerts to service management platforms. You will work with DevOps, SRE and security teams on performance and availability. Requirements: a bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or related field and 2 to 5 years in IT operations, reliability or platform engineering, including AIOps or automation work.
