GE HealthCare is hiring a Graduate Engineering Trainee in Bengaluru to support its sales and service teams. You will prepare quotes and follow up with customers and sales colleagues by phone and email, enter and enrich data to clean up installed-base records and support database integrations, route inbound leads, and pass well-defined leads to sales representatives. The role also involves following up on sales opportunities, supporting inside sales team leaders, handling customer requests, and learning the different customer service processes while following company regulations. You will work with customers and internal teams to improve processes and productivity. This is an entry-level trainee role for fresh graduates.
