NTT DATA is hiring a Field Tech Associate in Chennai for its End User Computing team, supporting end users at a client site. You will resolve day-to-day incidents and fulfil service requests following the ITIL framework, measured against SLAs and KPIs, and handle installs, moves, adds and changes for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers and other IT equipment across desks, floors and buildings. You will also learn new technologies as business needs change. Requirements: 1 to 3 years in end user computing, IT support or asset management, good troubleshooting of Windows, Office, standard software and end-user hardware, a basic understanding of ITIL, experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy, and good written and spoken communication.
