Salesforce is hiring a Success Guide in Bengaluru to help customers get more value from Informatica-powered data management and integration products. You will give customers prescriptive recommendations, best practices and technical advice to improve adoption, run 1:1 expert coaching sessions and ad-hoc success engagements, and become an expert in Informatica Cloud Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Governance and MDM SaaS. The role uses an AI-first engagement model: Salesforce Einstein and AI health scores to prioritise outreach, generative AI to create success plans and adoption content, and AI signals to spot expansion opportunities and renewal risks. Hands-on Informatica experience (PowerCenter, MDM, Data Quality or similar) and 3 to 5 years of enterprise experience are preferred.
