Birlasoft is hiring an Apriso MES Machine Integrator on a subcontract basis at its Hinjawadi, Pune office. You will connect shop-floor equipment, PLCs, automation systems and enterprise applications with the DELMIA Apriso Manufacturing Execution System for real-time machine connectivity, data collection and production monitoring. Work includes designing and building machine integrations, configuring communication between PLCs, SCADA, machines and Apriso, developing interfaces with OPC UA, MQTT, REST, SOAP, TCP/IP and industrial protocols, integrating Apriso with ERPs such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics, and setting up production tracking, OEE, downtime and quality data. A bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Technology is required; about 3 years of experience is listed.
