FIS is hiring an Associate II for HR operations (TPO) in Pune. You will support end-to-end HR operations and answer employee queries with high service quality, handle back-end work for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and other lifecycle events, complete HR transactions, and keep employee records accurate and current. You will work with internal teams to meet HR needs, find process gaps and support continuous improvement. Rotational shifts are required to support global HR operations. Candidates need 1 to 3 years of experience using case management tools and supporting clients, a strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle, close attention to detail, and good communication and coordination skills.
