Rockwell Automation is hiring an on-site Quality Control Inspector at its Chennai factory. You will read engineering drawings, do layout inspection of parts, maintain ISO documentation and reports, and keep measuring instruments calibrated. Daily work includes patrol in-process inspection using current drawings and SOPs, receiving inspection of sheets, coils, sheet metal and plastic parts, and final inspection of assembled panels, kitting and packing. You will resolve supplier quality issues, handle customer complaints with CAPA, solve in-process issues with production, run MSA and Cpk studies, qualify and evaluate vendors, and approve parts through PPAP for new products.
