JLL is hiring a Lease Abstraction Specialist in Gurugram (on-site). You will abstract commercial real estate leases, mainly office and retail, for global clients, using property management or lease administration systems. Once experienced, you will also document business processes, train and mentor new team members, and review their work, working as part of a large team. JLL is looking for university graduates with 2 to 4 years of lease abstraction experience, ideally on commercial leases, plus strong MS Office skills (Excel and Outlook), project management ability, excellent written and spoken communication, and strong organisation. Experience with lease administration tools for international clients is a plus.
