Johnson Controls is hiring an HR Operations Specialist in Pune. Your main work is handling job requisitions, including bulk creation, validation and approval using business rules, and processing other Workday transactions such as new hires, terminations, employment changes and employment verification, following up with managers and HRBPs for approvals or corrections. Transactions must meet process KPIs, the case management framework and SOX controls. You will also audit data entry by team members, handle confidential employee data in line with data protection principles, write work instructions and SOPs, and support colleagues. A solid understanding of Workday and HR ServiceNow is needed, with about 2 to 5 years of experience.
