Axis Max Life Insurance is hiring Relationship Associates for bank branches in Maharashtra to sell life insurance through its bank partner. You will build relationships with branch managers and staff to generate leads, take part in work-site activities such as stalls and corporate presentations, close sales and follow up until policies are issued, and raise awareness of life insurance among the bank's customers to meet cross-sell targets. You will also run reward and recognition programmes for bank staff and train them on insurance concepts and new products. Success is measured on first-year premium, number of policies, cancellations and 13th/15th month collections. Graduates or postgraduates with sales experience from about 6 months to 4 years (by level) and good communication can apply.
