You will sell insurance by working with insurance partners and prospective customers, and meet monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets. The role calls for strong customer service and quick resolution of queries, keeping up with industry trends, products and competitors to pitch and close sales, and following all audit, RBI and IRDAI rules. You will track your own sales performance and update management on progress, risks and improvements. Candidates need at least 2 years of insurance sales experience with a record of hitting targets, good spoken and written communication, and a strong focus on results.
