You will serve branch customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable banking products and keep branch operations compliant with audit requirements. To meet acquisition targets you will do area mapping, cold calls and below-the-line activities, complete account opening and KYC forms accurately with error-free CKYC submission, cross-sell insurance and investments, and activate digital banking for new customers. You will also manage an assigned portfolio for balances, usage and service requests within turnaround times. Graduates in any specialisation with 1 to 5 years of sales or service experience can apply.
